Stylists – Make up, hair and wardrobe

For photoshoots or catwalk shows, stylists will be booked as well. They take care of the styling of the models. They are always up to date with latest trends, fashion and beauty, and it is their work to style the model in the best possible way, and to underline the features of the model. These people are professionals and trained in colours and styles, and just know what suits the certain types best, in order to create a balance between model and look. Stylists work “backstage“, their model is a piece of art. Of course, the stylists have to respect the wishes and requirements of the designers or photographers. One of the most important feature of a stylist is communication and empathy. It is also important that working under pressure is not a problem for a stylist. Great English skills will help to make the international fashion weeks easier.
